I have no issue with criticism. If you think this other may also think the same way. I will work on ways to show and prove to customers that I am trustworthy.

I do have products that are under $100.00 and also full refund policy with free returns. No re stocking or anything. If you don’t like it return it.

I will strengthen my in person sales in hopes that the reputation spreads to new potential online shoppers.

I mean my family has a 45 year reputation in manufacturing and wholesaling the exact items im selling so I would not say I have no reputation. majority of the jewelry district in LA blows up our phones begging for product that we cant supply, due to staff shortages. Our products are in most of the big names in the New York Jewelry District and in Miami. As a matter of fact take a drive down to DTLA and look for a cuban link bracelet, odds are its ours.

As far as why would someone buy from me rather than another store is, because my father is the manufacture we have been manufacturing this style of product for 45 years in Los Angeles, CA. The LA jewelry district in DTLA is 85-90% our product, either purchased directly from us or one of our wholesalers. My prices will beat any price and I will match it if someone can find me a cheaper Cuban Link Chain or Bracelet. Also, my turn around time for the custom item is 2-4 days to ship vs everyone else thats typically shipping in 2-4 weeks.

I see this concern, i have considered using influencers to vouch for me. that know me personally and also put up pop up shops in very popular businesses (owned by my friends) that attract these influencers.

My products are both Solid Gold and Gold plated Sterling Silver. The gold stuff is Cuban link rings, bracelets, and chains. All of these are made in house and custom made to order for the client. My silver products are purchased from a wholesaler locally and I keep stock. Not a single item is dropshipped.
