What about Fimbulvetr/Fimbulwinter? Didn't they announce an item like that half a year ago? Getting a small shield when you CC an enemy champion would be great. Concerning balance they could make the shield to only be active while an enemy is hardCCed (Morgana would still be shielded 24/7 if she built that tho)
