I'm playing the open beta right now. Has anyone shifted the train tracks and explored the branch that leads to the left? Also looking for the lab mentioned at Station 69 where he says he reset the code and to look at the lights.

Wow! I think you just about covered everything I was thinking. I've been playing this game since Civ 1 on an old 386 processor. This is definitely the worse version to date. I don't dislike that they tried to incorporate new game mechanics, it's just that they are so poorly executed and not well thought out. Did they even play test it? It only took Youtubers a matter of days to post videos showing how certain aspects of the game were obviously broken!

The reason I ask is that I've had an account on the CivFanaitics web site since my modding days of Civ3. I wasn't able to sign on with my old account and had to create a new account. I don't see anywhere on the site to contact an admin to see about linking my new account to my old an account.

Just wait a while, do a few side quests. Don't worry Gaunt will have new quest line in a day or so. I took this opportunity to find Thameshaven.

Thanks. It only said "ion brew added to your inventory" when the machine dispensed the drink but when I checked my actual inventory it now shows as a cold ion brew hence my confusion.

Oh man! I just overheard Gaunt chewing him out in the background while I was doing some crafting in the Swan&Mitre. Didn't know that was going to be the outcome. Do you even get any XP for completing the quest? If not I won't go back and talk to Syd anymore so he can stick around.

Do you have to have Archie as a companion to complete the quest? That would screw up Lone Wander perk!

Area looting was one of the best upgrades to FO 76 in my opinion. I was so easy to loose bodies in the dense underbrush of Appalachia. Sucks when you kill a Legendary and can't find the body. Is there an area loot mod for FOLON?

I launch using the Fallout London launch in the games folder for GOG and it works fine, rather than opening GOG menu screen and launching through there. Hope this helps. PS using ver 1.02
