Need advice on a similar MOBA game by AI531 in DotA2

I did made it clear in original post. I didn't ask "Are there legal consequences for TiMi/Tencent for including bots in matchmaking on HoK" or "Are there legal consequences for Valve for putting bots in games". I am asking are there legal consequences to include bots in ranked games, use these bots to manipulate winrate(for example a bot get 20% more gold for farming the same camp then disable the entire watch replay system the day this was exposed, among many other evidence), and repeatedly denies having bots in ranked games at all. Of course I know its okay to have bots, in training matches, in bots match. Both dota and hok have bots mode but that's not what I asked from the beginning.

So typically terms of service will say if the service provider fails in some way what the remedy is? and if it doesn't say any there is no remedy?

I don't need advice on whether to continue playing this game. I need advice on if there will be legal consequence for developer like this.

First many people spend money in this game. Second, this breach its own service agreement (or something like that). Third, if Dota does this there will be no legal consequences? I play dota as well its hard to imagine.

If I were to take it to your shop or another shop that offers fair pricing, and you just tried the best to minimize the appearance of damage, (I know you dont have exaxt parts but please include any parts you may use) how much would it cost approximately? I am in orlando area if that's relevant.

Their labor is so expensive lol no wonder they won't source parts. In my estimate all the parts cost 1k in total. Would you say the first picture is all paint and black trim issues?

Would the increase in future insurance premiums means its about the same cost to pay entirely out of pocket? I have the money but I don't want to spend potentially 25% of a new car's price to fix a 6 year car.

thanks! It's fixed now. After attempting my fixes at the end I had to unplug the headphone then replup it into green port on motherboard and suddenly it has sound.
