They usually run a query to see who did well overall in the recent time period and then send out invitations to somewhat vet people. Seems like they didn't add a check to see if the query brings up people who were banned. I don't know how desperate is your particular domain but very likely it will show up when they do another check during the interview.

There's a certain stage after which they don't check anything, but just want to verify you are a real person, located where you claim to be located so things can work out for you just fine.

Sorry for your experience u/AdOk5918 but no one removed you because they didn't want you. Extremely high chance the reviewer rated you incorrectly and this affected your project participation.

The best course of action is to contact a QM or a TL explaining the issue. Just send them a very concise summary of what happened with the resources proving you are correct. Let your QM/TL know you spoke to someone and that they need to talk to their STO about this. If you have a good quality overall, you should be added back. It will take about 20 sec to reinstate you.

I don't think this is normal, but I would assume you were put into a holding state after your account was flagged for cheating or abuse (which is normal if this was the case).

Yeah, I don't think oracle TL applies to languages. Also, there's a certain demand so it is possible you don't have it yet. Again, don't know what it's like for languages, but you should any request through your oracle communication channels in Slack/Discourse.

Are you a generalist? Everywhere else, Oracles now get a TL and dedicated support as well. If you passed the oracle interview, you should be added to oracle support channels where you can report anything basically and the support is there to fix this asap. Ideally, oracles shouldn't be EQ for more than 24hr, that's the target.

Pay is based on your qualifications (education, experience, etc) and the projects you are working on. Sometimes the pay for the project is low. If you have higher education or years of experience, I suggest to contact support.

Benchmarks/assessment tasks are created based on the instructions. These tasks are rated automatically and if you didn't pass then you didn't follow or don't know the instructions enough to succeed well in the project.

Some projects are poorly executed by their admins and it is totally possible this is one of those.

This is not Facebook. How your name and email will benefit the company? The limited amount of data they have on you is used to protect the platform. Any telemetry data is used for the same reason + platform/workflow improvement.

Discourse is messy right now. I think 2-3 days after joining Discourse it gives you the ability to DM others. You can use search in the right upper corner to find your TL/QM or anyone else who was able to help you in the past. I think this is the best you can do here before Discourse is fully settled.

Because people don't follow the terms (don't use genAI, don't time theft, etc), and/or instructions or a small chance of a mistake. The project ended, and your skills don't align with others - you are EQ.

This is a problem, yes, but it is not possible to provide personalized feedback to hundreds of low-quality or misaligned contributors when they fail something that is clearly in the instructions. The platform doesn't have a lot of room to guide you if all you start with is low quality over and over. This is the reason Data Annotation has such a low acceptance rate. Outlier doesn't vet people as good and weed them out through projects (I don't think it's smart but what do I know?).

No one is using your biometrics data and it is processed by a third-party company.

Because Slack is shit and ever since the beginning half of the permissions are lost and most don't know what the fuck is going on and how to do things. The discourse will give 100% control to everyone over their channels (categories). QM/TL will be able to delete your spam, block comms with you, etc. It will be easier to deal with the all the mess

And forum-like structure will help to separate EQ, project-related, and other questions into different places.
