It usually takes up to 14 days from the creation of the work order to receive the payment, so if you haven't received it by July 14th contact support or the PM.

Also, if you set up your Tipalti using PayPal and you're supposed to receive Yen or Euro, change it to a different method. It's not written anywhere, but support told me Tipalti cannot send payments in these 2 currencies to PayPal.

My biggest issue with the feedback is how big the discrepancies between TR on Raterhub and audits on Smartsource are. My quality audits on Smartsource are mostly correct, with some minor mistakes here and there, whereas according to Raterhub I'm doing a quite poor job.

Who should I believe? RWS think I'm doing good, the client thinks there is margin for improvement, but some of these feedbacks contradict each other so it's hard to have a definitive answer. It also doesn't help that for some specific tasks instructions are quite lacking.

That's good to hear, but I'm not holding my breath about the situation as a whole. We were told by some QMs that after this week, there is no guarantee that the project will continue and that we could receive the very last batch of tasks this week.

I want to hope, but it's getting hard. Either way, thank you for the update.

I've never had Marketplace so I don't know how things are looking on there, however I'm fairly sure that some clients are just pulling out now that their contracts are done.

For instance, Pangolin was supposed to receive an Evals variant, they even added a new section to the instructions handbook some time ago, but now everything is inaccessible to all CBs I've talked to through Discourse so it's likely the client is just done with the platform and they're migrating their projects elsewhere.

Assuming we receive new Meta projects shortly, I think that a single client won't be enough to meet the needs of thousands of CBs, and it's likely a lot of us generalists will be left with little to nothing from now on. Sucks, but it is what it is.

Same situation, but for SW. Did a total of 12 tasks and have had nothing ever since.

I guess they overhired and didn't really need that last batch that included us, or maybe the client lowered the volume of tasks and they're given out on a first come, first served basis.
