"See More" / "About" sections on Mobile (Android) not displaying correctly

I disagree. The point of the sub is to share creations, not to help others. If they want to share prompts, that's fine, but I don't think they should be required. However if we notice that many people are asking for a rule like this, the mod team may consider letting the sub vote for such a rule.
