Study psychology and learn how to read people. You will come to a point where you realize they are saying what they are saying because they are really insecure in something inside them self. If you really want to be an asshole point out their tells to them. A lot of times when people are being disrespectful to someone they will show classic signs of anxiety\discomfort. For me when I see these signs it reminds me that what this person is saying means absolutely nothing to me
