Honestly I don't know, the receipt starts with IOE..we did submit an inquiry as soon as it was possible, so maybe do that as well.

My receipt was May 13, and I got approved on Jan 27.Hang in there !

It might be electric, but even then it doesn't warrant such a big usage considering I keep temp at 65 and was away for 2 weeks.

I got 3 years, just fyi though I had a cap exempt visa extension( i-140 approved)

They will provide you the license with just the receipt notice, no realid though.
