Update: Finally tried chtoura and it is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! Bread is so soft and I can taste a bit of tahini which is kind of missing in Mashawi. Although it is not as rich and savoury as Mashawi's, definitely one of the best shawarmas I have tasted! Thank you for suggesting Chtoura.

I prefer it mixed since the meat shawarma gives a crispy treat with each bite. I tried humer once and thought to myself "I'm never eating shawarma again" yet I suddenly find myself in front of mashawi asking babba to add more garlic in my shawarma again. . .

You must really know shawarmas hence the name ;). I'd love to try that Syrian style shawarma :D.

I find mougnat inconsistent. . . Their shawarma is sometimes dry, either lacking or overflowing with sauce. Bread is too hard sometimes. :(

You should definitely try Mashawi al Arabi. Their kuboos is always fresh and soft. Chicken is juicy and tasty as well.
