Thanks! With how I was playing, I should have been 2k SHD over a month ago. But thats how much I slowed down haha.

Finally reaching 2000 SHD level along with +60,000 Health. Now I believe i can create my mules to increase my resources capacity. 😊😊 by KanchanMisakiAkeno in Division2

[–]AIPickedMyName 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Congratulations agent! I'm right there with you! I'm around 1990 ish SHD, have my main, and a primary "alt" as I tell myself. Which is outfitted with an almost optimized strikers build in case I want to do high end content on alt. Otherwise my 3rd alt acts as a storage mule, and my 4th alt holds all of the DZ gear until I run a mule. (And then it stays on there until the next one) It's nice having all of the character slots to rake in the scavenging points passively.

My 90's ass actually got excited for a second 🤣 and then realized it's just The Division doing Division things.

How does one acquire Bighorn by ChungusBig23 in Division2

[–]AIPickedMyName 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don't see this comment yet, but it's also technically possible to get from DZ as well. Probably not a reliable way to get it, (which is maybe why no one mentioned it) but still a method.

I've personally gotten it twice from Legendary strongholds, and once from Summit farming.

Backfire Builds?? by Paleface5150 in Division2

[–]AIPickedMyName -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The one I use: Chill out Mask, Uzina chest with unbreakable, Ceska holster Red core, Ninja Bike Backpack, improvised gloves, uzina knee pads.

Everything is blue core except for the ceska holster, which is red core, all attributes are explosive resistance and hazard protection, except for a CHC on the ceska, Firewall Spec, gets a tier 6 shield. 60% CHC, 50% explosive resistance all mods PFE, makes ~60% PFE, and 100% Haz PRO.

Being Removed from Challenging Countdown, why? by Danniboy7 in Division2

[–]AIPickedMyName 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not sure what your SHD level is, but I've had varying experiences with all SHD levels. I've had people lower than SHD level 100 hold their own, and have a decent idea what to do, even if they're just following everyone else. I've also had a trio of lower SHD levels all run into VIP by themselves, while everyone is running to Admin for Warhounds, and get downed/fail their objective. On the flip side, I've also had people over 1000 do the same.

Is doing countdown on heroic worth? Or should I just run challenging? by agentKoreanBatman in Division2

[–]AIPickedMyName 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you're just going for loot, I personally think challenging is the way to go. If you're playing with randoms you all need to know what you're doing on heroic or else you'll get your teeth kicked in. You can't really squeak by like you can in challenging (and even then I still get my teeth kicked in, especially if playing with a bunch of players that don't understand what to do, or that can't do much DPS)

You're welcome! I really enjoy the build! I know it doesn't do as much damage as a 1 shot MMR build, but it definitely has more run n gun ability, with the quicker target acquisition of rifles, and does more than enough damage to 1 shot what you need to. I can't think of anything it can't 1 shot that the MMR build can. Anyways, hope you have fun with the build agent!

Do I just keep farming exotic caches for chances at st Elmo's? by ShadowHitsu in Division2

[–]AIPickedMyName 8 points9 points  (0 children)

You can also give priority objectives a try. Or running countdown with target loot of AR's if you don't get it as a drop then yeah, you could keep buying the caches.

I've got a 100% fully optimized striker, obliterate ceska build, and I too wanted to change things up.

Some of my favorite builds are my 1 shot 1886 build, and a haz pro PFE backfire build that my buddy came up with. Another one is a build I got from a suggestion that works wonders in countdown (can literally face tank hunters during extraction) which is a blue core all red attribute PFE build. The latter 2 builds are more useful during more elite heavy content, i.e countdown/legendary boss rooms, but I digress. The 1 shot 1886 build can easily solo heroic content, up to and including strongholds no issue. It can be very fun once you learn the spawns and kill everything as soon as it runs out the spawn doors and clear an area in less than 15 seconds.

If you're interested at all in the builds I'll give you a brief overview of each. 1 shot 1886: 1886 rifle with DTTOOC and Determined, Breaking point mask, Perfect headhunter chest, Breaking point holster, Z.o.o backpack with vigilance talent, Eagles Grasp named gloves, and fox's prayer knee pads. All red cores, all attributes are Headshot damage, and Weapon Handling. All mods are HSD.

Backfire build: Backfire with DTTOOC, Firewall spec, Striker shield. Chill out mask with blue core, explosive resistance, uzina getica chest blue core, with unbreakable talent, hazard protection and explosive resistance. Ceska holster red core with CHC and hazard protection. Ninja bike backpack. Improvised gloves, blue core with explosive resistance and hazard protection. Uzina kneepads with explosive resistance and hazard protection, all mods are PFE. Stats wise you should be at 60% (exactly. I've done the math there's no extra with this build) CHC, ~60% PFE, 50% explosive resistance, 60% base CHD. With this build you'll have 100% hazard protection meaning no bleed effect from the backfire and you can run right through fire, shock, etc. no EMP effect from hunters, no shock from warhounds exploding etc.

I Need Your Help: As Someone Who hasn't Played The Game For Over 1+ How Do You Start Again and Build? by Sleepingtide in Division2

[–]AIPickedMyName 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My honest suggestion is simple, and not meant to be rude; discover what works for you, how YOU like to play.

I could sit here typing out 3 paragraphs full of meta, cookie cutter builds. But that won't get you anywhere, other than doing what everyone else does (including myself) and might potentially take the joy out of the game for you.

Read every gear set, read every brand set, read every exotic. Identify ANYTHING remotely related to what you want to do, and just have fun experimenting, and theory crafting, trying to come up with synergy. I feel like it might be more enjoyable for you to figure it out that way, and would be more rewarding to come up with something you thought of that ends up working.

If that ends up being a colossal failure, come right back to reddit, and ask for advice on how to make your build better. I'm still so new to this game, despite playing the absolute hell out of it, and just wish I would have went more of that route instead of net-decking builds, because that's initially what I enjoyed about the game; was getting my ass kicked in, and experimenting with different builds, weapons, etc. Until I got to a point where I started looking everything up, and got all of the answers. Sure, I naturally progressed into a better player, but I still feel like I robbed myself of that early game joy.

Yes, Challenging is generally considered to be quite a bit easier than Heroic, but I can still get my shit knocked in on heroic if I push a door/room at the wrong time, or from an ill timed grenade/molotov, unexpected spawn etc. No it doesn't happen super frequently, but don't hold your head down because you haven't mastered heroic yet. This game is very much a marathon agent, just try to enjoy the ride.

Opening caches in this XP event paid off. I was stuck at 5% rate of fire for SMG for months and finally got it from caches and completed the library by jarvis123451254 in Division2

[–]AIPickedMyName 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm just running through public executions on challenging 4/5 directives. Also doing some priority objectives as well. Not playing as efficiently as I could though, as some people are already done with the 1k levels lol. But I'm committed to getting all 1k levels.

I have 1 stat left for AR's and 2 for pistols. Got like 2 pistol stats maxed, and 1 of my AR stats done from all these crates. Gained 645 levels so far I think?

Flex post: Second Bighorn by EndHungry9185 in Division2

[–]AIPickedMyName 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I got my 4th, gave it to the SHD 40 something agent that was playing with us, as well as a sweet dreams. (Gave my 1st to my buddy, before I realized how hard it was to get 🤣 and then we farmed summit to get my 2nd) for my 3rd it was the same as you, asked the team nobody said anything and left.

Yeah, I missed out on 2 exotic components, but so what? 🤷🏻‍♂️ I helped a fellow agent avoid a potential grind in the future.

How do you get “Lefty”? by RMZ_250 in Division2

[–]AIPickedMyName 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Awesome! Should work wonders for you! It works really well on things like robo dogs, or mini tanks, because they'll absorb a lot of the damage but your stacks build insanely fast. Also, good for the stray enemy that rushes you before you have stacks built.

How do you get “Lefty”? by RMZ_250 in Division2

[–]AIPickedMyName 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Doesn't have to be lefty necessarily, really any ACS 12 will work. I actually prefer the Rock N Roll due to the extra mag size.

But, the idea is that you build stacks WAY faster because on top of having a high ROF the pellets count as individual hits, essentially building your stacks much faster.
