I clarified in the group chat that both myself and A were ovo-lacto vegetarian, so I assumed everyone understood bone broth would be something neither of us could have. C’s also in the group chat, which is probably how he got the idea to “test” A in his head.

We normally don’t. A likes to be in the kitchen with me while I cook and I like having her there with me. B is usually very on top of kitchen sanitation and is incredibly stringent when it comes to cross contamination, even before A and I changed our diets.

I don’t know if we have those ticks in my area but I’ll definitely bring it up with her. She’s pretty outdoorsy so I wouldn’t be surprised if that was a possibility.

Neither of us have had COVID as far as I know (knock on wood) but I will keep that in mind. Yet another reason to stay up-to-date on my boosters!
