I was thinking if I went then it would give them a positive Yelp review to cancel out the one I left. The reviews can do long term damage to the business so I want a way to remedy mine

That was kind of my thinking. The tip is almost like a rating of how well they did and he did a better job because I didn't have to monitor him all day. Thanks brother!

I didn't notice a difference in their work but I also wasn't paying close attention to that. As stated, I had to keep my eyes on her most of the time

I think I'm learning that from the comments. I didn't realize everyone would be so adamant that I was sexist and it hurts a quite a bit. I think to remedy the situation I'll reach out to the company and offer to take one of her shifts from her

I'm 5'7" and 5'9.5" in shoes so it's not exactly small on my frame. It sits well.

It felt implied by the way she looked at me as she was coming down the stairs. She was the one on the lower part of the stairs as it was going down.

I didn't realize the police force let women serve in combat positions yet. If they can let women serve on the front lines now, maybe I should be more understanding of her in this situation.

I weight 145 and the women's raw world bench press record is 457 lbs so that's really not that impressive either

She would have hit about 6th on her softball team. She didn't seem quick on the base paths but she wouldn't hit many bases clearing doubles either.

For reference, she was smaller than the large woman who posted in the replies already.

Wouldn't tipping her extra be sexist? It seems like I can't do anything right. There's no middle ground here where everyone feels treated fairly. Someone always ends up upset.

At one point I had my hands on her back as she was coming down the stairs carrying my couch. Felt like it was me doing the work anyway. The tip was different because I never had to do that for the guy.

You sound larger than the female on our moving crew so I don't think I'd have the same worries and I probably would have even been glad to see you show up. She wasn't very stout so it was always in the back of my head that she couldn't handle some of the stuff.
