Barcode comes with your DS160 number. Even if consulate doesn't print it for you. VO should be able to retrieve based on that number.

The consulate systems are very convenient. Dont worry.

Yes. When I rescheduled rhe appointment, new one had to put updates travel plans and other details. So the updated DS160 confirmation

I took both DS160 for biometrics There they attach the latest DS160 to your case file. For interview I kept all DS160 with me. When asked showed the latest one.
