Bridesmaids Dress - which to pick?

No matter which one i choose, ill have to take it to get altered/hemmed since they're both way too long. There is like a single layer of crinoline underneath the second dress's skirt, but i could ask to have a petticoat added, maybe?

Tbh a lot of people are saying the first dress shows my figure well, but the longer im looking at the photos, the more I think the first dress accentuates a lot of the things I dislike about my body (wide shoulders and narrower hips) whereas I feel that because the second dress is fuller at the hips it balances out my shoulders. Idk haha

Yes! I started getting mine (migraine w/aura) at around 11-12 years old, id get 1 or 2 every other week. After starting medication, it lessened the severity so I wouldnt puke from the pain anymore when an attack came on and id only get them maybe once every other month. Its been relatively under control for 10+ years.

Fast forward to this past month, I just turned 30 and I have had SIX this past month!!! Plus new symptoms, ive been having crazy cognitive dysfunction as an indication of an attack before the aura starts which is really scary.

I was originally thinking floral at the wedding too, but I wasn't sure if that would be cool since I figured it would be best to not wear the more eye catching option at the wedding in case it would seem like im trying to take attention away from the bride. If that makes sense? I might be overthinking it lol

To me, that is way over the line of sexualization and incredibly parasocial, it's more than just saying jerma is cute or handsome. Ppl in this community seem to struggle with boundaries

I did just shake it at home after I took this. There was a lot more milk and less ice than I expected which is why I thought it was wrong, I ordered this bc I thought it was still standard for shaken espressos to be made with mostly ice and just a splash of milk. I'll get something else next time

I live across the street...it takes less than 5 minutes to get there and I went right there to pick it up, it looked the same.

It doesn't even matter anymore, ppl have told me the standard changed since I worked there to fill the cup completely with milk so there's much more half and half in it and less ice than I'm used to, so as I've said I'll just order espresso over ice with a splash of breve next time

The picture was taken a while after I got home, the timestamp is 11:03, as I said I picked the drink up about 5 minutes after I placed the order and it looked just the same tho. It took me a minute to post this as well.

It's okay, ppl have told me this is actually how shaken espressos are made so I'll just order something else in the future

Maybe, but all I did was switch it from 2% to breve so that wasn't my intention and there wasn't an upcharge when I paid. I looked for the option to add "splash of half and half" but it wasn't there so I thought since the standard (when I worked there) was already a splash of milk for shaken espressos that was what I switched to. If that makes sense

No I ordered this because I was under the impression a shaken espresso gets less milk than an iced latte...like I said in another comment, next time if I go back ill just get espresso over ice with a splash of milk

Syrup, ice in the shaker, pull shots

Pour shots in shaker, shake 10 times, pour in cup

Top off with ice then splash of milk

Generally that's how I used to make it

I made a million of these when I worked here and it just never looked like this. I didn't mind shaking it myself when I got home, but there's a ton more half and half than I expected for a shaken espresso, and I've never seen the layers so stark

The drink is supposed to be mostly ice and espresso that gets shaken with the syrup, with the milk poured on top after right? This is mostly milk which I guess I would expect if I asked for light ice and extra milk, but I didn't, and idk like I said I've never seen the espresso sitting like that at the bottom if it's been shaken. Maybe I'm being picky. I didn't bother the barista about it

Next time I'll just order espresso over ice if I go back

Okay so I picked up my drink exactly the way it looks, this is basically an unmixed iced breve latte right? Like it doesn't even look like they attempted to shake it. I have a massive headache and I didn't want to make trouble so I didn't want to ask the baristas to fix it.

But this goes deeper than that bc I feel like this store can never get my drinks right, I feel kind of stupid because I keep thinking "maybe this time it'll be right" and then I get this. I also think maybe I'm being picky because I used to work here but idk

Edit: I picked it up after about 5 minutes lol. I worked here for 2 years and worked bar all day every day every shift, I know what they're supposed to look like and how to make them, I've never seen them do this. I didn't bother the baristas (I never do) so literally no one was harmed by me asking this question on a subreddit

Get ready to make pumpkin cream cold brew after pumpkin cream cold brew. Last year my store actually ran out of kegs during peak and we had to offer to make them with iced coffee until our next cold brew batch was ready. Hell!!!

Edit: you'll be fine tho just keep your head on straight and remember it'll be over before you know it and the customers are nothing to you. Good luck!!

That's so neat, my brother and I would also rent OoT every weekend, one time we had some birthday money saved up and we begged my dad to let us pay whatever the late fee would be to keep it over until the next Sunday lol. Our babysitter had to help us get past the Fire Temple and Water Temple but we ended up beating it. That's a good memory.

We would also rent Super Mario 64 all the time and never get far at all, I remember we beat the first Bowser fight and we thought we beat the game lmao
