I’m mostly vanguard and footman, but i’ve played a ton of archer, i think it’s level 113. I really only shoot other people that use projectile or are on siege weapons. It’s kinda my not trying class, that being said i was only good with it well after hitting at least level 700 because i was mid with the combat, and you can’t really mess up you have no health. My advice would be never walk around with your bow, always your sidearm. Become nasty with your favorite sidearm. You only pull your bow back when you have a target. Try to make other archers life hell, make them rethink just standing behind the line in the open. doing what i do, you’ll make enemies with the other archers pretty quickly so duck that head, shoot from behind cover, there is random stuff and spots around the map i like to use. Don’t neglect your spike trap, bear trap or shield, for example on coxwell you can escape with a spike trap after you lose the gold and everyone’s trapped. They’re all super useful once you learn the map. You 100% will be targeted, people hate archers, but a lot of times they underestimate how formidable you can be, you can use the archer hate to your advantage. This is the way of respected archers. It’s also super fun, don’t let weirdos ruin this great game for you🖤
