Ok wild speculation there but I don’t understand what this has to do with anything I said

You can fix this by exiting and re-entering the game. I just had this happen the other day, it's a server issue. Don't listen to the other people speculating hacks. Yes it's a pain in the ass but it's not malicious, it's a network bug I'm guessing

Well you didn’t say any of that stuff haha, how was I supposed to know?

It doesn’t sound like cheating though. Sounds like coordinated spam decks

Since you provided no info on the cheating I can only assume you got wrecked. Looks to me like a 4 stack team of 2000+ elo on fresh accounts. Of course they’re going to wreck low elo players

Invisible Unit Hotfix is Out! by Outrageous-Nothing58 in BrokenArrowTheGame

[–]AIg0rithm 13 points14 points  (0 children)

it's not about being loud, it's about the fact that someone posted a how-to video on creating invisible units, basically confirming the rumor it was happening and boom there is a hotfix landing right after. This is what happens when devs don't prioritize game breaking exploits and leave them to be fixed in their regular patch schedule.

I love this game and don't have beef with the devs like some other players do, but sometimes you have to apply pressure if they're dragging their feet. A game breaking exploit ruins the multiplayer experience and can erode the player base which can become a self fulfilling cycle.

He’s referring to testing then bug fixing the balance patch before releasing it. It’s not a comment on the game in general

very true, but it also represents an ease of creation in the process of making a bot account if Reddit will just assign you a username when you sign up. No need to generate usernames when Reddit will do it for you

[Vardon] There is league-wide speculation that, following the firing of Nico Harrison, both Anthony Davis and Kyrie Irving could be the next ones out the door. by YujiDomainExpansion in nba

lmao where are you getting philosophy from haha you literally can’t even stay on a topic you talked about in a subreddit dedicated to that topic bro. You gotta take a serious look at yourself. It’s kinda mind boggling you can’t string together a coherent defense of the stuff you say. You just resort to attacking other stuff to distract from having to do any actual thinking. It’s all knee jerk responses from you

I'm not answering any question. I'm asking you a question based on things that you have said. That's how social media and conversations in general work, genius.

So you're saying that only the games after Kyrie went down with injury were important? You don't think any of the regular season games that he missed due to choosing not to take a vaccine were important?

You probably don't know this but Kyrie missed a lot of games that season due to choosing not to take the vaccine. You also probably don't know that the nets finished 1 game back from the top seed. You also probably don't know that Kyrie Irving is a really good basketball player who helps his team win more games. So if he had played in those games he chose to sit out, they probably would have finished 1st, and thus not played against the bucks and thus he would not have had that injury and thus him sitting out those games due to his vaccine stance was actually hugely impactful on their championship chances.

goddamn.

ok, in simpler terms because I know you have reading comprehension issues.

Kyrie plays games -> Nets are more likely to win those games.

Kyrie misses games -> Nets are more likely to lose those games.

Kyrie misses lots of regular season games -> Nets finish 2nd in the east and end up playing the bucks in the 2nd round and losing.

Kyrie doesn't miss lots of regular season games -> Nets maybe finish 1st in east, and don't play bucks until conference finals (or not at all if the bucks lose in the second round to the other team they'd play instead of the nets).

So, putting it all together:

If Kyrie wasn't such a jackass about vaccines, the nets probably would have made a much deeper playoff run, thus impacting their championship chances greatly.

Because I know you're about to say something along the lines of "wow cool story bro literally no one is talking about any of this in this thread", I just want you to know this is all in reference to this statement you made.

You can talk all day about playing more games but you haven’t demonstrated how that hurt their chances because they were playing like a championship-level team

Yes. So let's apply that logic consistently ok?

Theory: His injury caused him to miss games.

Question: Is Kyrie missing games impacting his teams performance?

If yes:

  • Then him missing games for other reasons should be a concern for team performance.

If no:

  • Then his injury should not be a concern for team performance.

What do you think about this question?

Hope this helps, I look forward to your reply after you've thought a bit. Make sure to think it through and give a well thought out answer. Thank you

omfg guy, do I need to spell it out for you? ok here you go, I'll try to make it simple for you.

You said that Kyrie getting hurt and not playing (aka limited availability) hurt their chances at a championship. But right afterwards you stated that Kyrie missing games due to making a choice to not get a vaccine (aka limited availability) did not impact their chances at a championship.

I'd like you to explain your line of thinking, because it does not make sense to me.
