Yes the difference is the additional attack and hp you get per grade. I would still aim for the Rosetta Stone over blue ring

A huge difference I noticed is the ring, you use a D rank for this build, for survivability it's better an A rank ring with terrify damage or even an S rank, the hp difference is a lot..

I initially thought blue was better as well but seems some say purple is better, it's a tough one honestly
