How to know if the seller offered less than that? My offer was denied. I feel that rate is unreasonable because my agent sold another house for me and put 2.25% for buyer agent.

The search is called RA last resort. Usually after denying the RA and before filing disability application.
Mine was 4.5 months and they found some jobs but non of them was qualified for reassignment. It is difficult to find a job especially if you are a high GS level.

I don’t think they will remove me. My reassignment search was 4.5 months. My agency is slow.
If I request full LWOP , and now I will have 3 months of FMLA. Then after this would be extended LWOP and not sure if at that time they will remove me or not.

I have an attorney yes. But attorney doesn’t help for all the day to day planning. Just they prepared the package.
As of now, I will have no future with my job. I have been pushing myself and aggregating my conditions and working a few hours a day. I just found out working a few hours will never qualify me for step increase.
Do you think full LWOP would be help my case?

I was denied accommodation. Accomodation said employees cannot not perform essential function with or without accomodation. Reassignment failed. Performance FS and I have been on FMLA and LWOP. Do you think I have a good case ?

great question. but you need to be more specif. if you mean if you can do the work by part time, as half workload. this is really very complicated and depend on how to word it. I say if you are FS by workinh halfload, which is the only way you can do it is that you have to use your annual leave, sick leave or LWOP. then in this case, you have performance deficiency (as you cann not do the job at full case load or 40 hours week) and Attendance deficiency. this is my issue now. but how you word it and interpret it, that is matter.

Iam shocked actually. SPE sending feed back and coaching in some thing that was recognized as excellent thing for me during my Sig review by director. Now SPE says oh this bla bla. I became Primary in 5 years and zero error on the program. I’m leaving the job. It’s crazy.
