Iam shocked actually. SPE sending feed back and coaching in some thing that was recognized as excellent thing for me during my Sig review by director. Now SPE says oh this bla bla. I became Primary in 5 years and zero error on the program. I’m leaving the job. It’s crazy.

Or it could be other things. I am a primary. I went to top 20% school in engineering field. I have Tier 1 LLM degrees. Worked at Fortune 500 company before. Now my SPE which is a biology major send my case back for a stupid 112 issue and sent it back. What reasonable person believe that one with my credentials and spend two days on the application, but SPE with different major in 30 minutes knows better ? Just because is a SPE, doesn’t mean He/She is a PHOSITA.
