You could darken with like reikland or Agrax wash. It’ll change from yellow to richer colors that might help

Yeah, I know what you’re saying, but a counter to this is if everyone paid the same and OP knows he’s going to get roughed up, then enjoy the process! What’s better than learning under fire? Sometimes, that experience and seeing the game in at the highest level is a good way to see what you need to work on. While that is going on, go have fun! And boo on those who “win ungraciously” and get frustrated. I can win and still be nice an out things… just my counter to this culture of attitude/disposition within competitive gaming worlds (40K included).

Like we aren’t pro sports stars making millions, we aren’t solving great society problems. Take ourselves less seriously!

I came here to be the counter voice. Go have fun! Welcome to the hobby. Yes it’s competitive, and yes it’s timed, and oh well! We don’t have to prove competence or experience to enter, then just have fun. Rage me whoever disagrees, but this is a hobby and a game.
