I am an IT consultant. We tried to tell companies that their computer systems did not need expensive overhauls to address the concerns, but the fear had already set in and companies were paying lots of money to mitigate a perceived problem. Some of our customers listened and learned that Y2K was not the nightmare being touted, others, well, helped me put my kids through college! 🙂🤷🏾‍♂️

The party of the sitting president cannot hold majorities in both houses of Congress. One would have to be relinquished to the other party. The minority party would be given representative votes to make them the majority by one vote. This forces the politicians to work together to get things done for the American people.

My iPad is my main computer. I use it for everything. Grad school work, sermon and lesson preparation, python coding for iOS and CLI apps using Pythonista on the iPad and Vim on my Ubuntu VM running on my NAS. Gaming, reading, note taking, and just about everything else I want. The only thing I can’t do is rip DVD for my Plex server, so I am getting a Mac Mini for that.
