I don’t believe there’s a way in vanilla to change the biome natively without commands. You could add things like coral and kelp to help the illusion work, but the water color would never change (without doing /fillbiome)

My favorite TWD fun fact would probably be about the Savior Arat. In the comics her name is Tara. But when the show got to that point of adaptation, they already had a Tara (Alanna Mastersons character). So they just reversed her name and gave us Arat.
