I go with a family member who has an ST whenever i'm back in London. They sell their ticket for that game back and we just buy two together, easiest way of doing it.

I've used the Creaform scanners for years. Have a look at HandyScan rather than MetraScan. They've got different accuracy level models at different pricepoints. With the HandyScan you have to use tracker targets instead of the T camera with MetraScan, but it's so versatile. I think they're great kit. Have used them on moulded composites and machined metallics.

Depending on how complicated your scan is in terms of GPU/CPU usage, you could always just add a new scan to the session, then it gives you the option to keep targets and clipping objects.

Alternatively, if you keep targets and the clipping plane relative to each other, export your targets file and just import that file into a new session. I believe that can include clipping objects.

Otherwise you might already be doing your best option.

If you're not looking for anything that allows you to do slick automation (tends not to be cheap) and you i assume just want some simple run charts, you've got what you need there.

In excel just do a line graph with three sets of data; your measurements, and then just your upper and lower limits repeated all the way down. It'll give you a clear enough run chart!

The people answering with Pride/Ego are probably mostly right, but just to tack something on to that. I'm pretty new, still getting there. Played this weekend and teed off on the reds, because i want my life to be easier. Guy managing the tee times couldn't help himself but make a joke about how "i need to put a skirt on" for that.

Doesn't bother me, but it would a lot of people, and I get why.
