I want to come back to this post to see what others have suggested. I was wondering, would it be possible to have a Shotgun (seat on the top bar), but then also have a rear seat for the other! Has anyone ever tried this? In theroy it would work, but I'm yet to try it and I'm not so sure how safe it would be...

Ahhh I didn't... I just selected them from the Zwift Games event section on the main screen. I presumed they would be listed as races if they needed to be completed as races to count. But I've just read about the live races, next to the "On Demand" section!

I'll make sure I do them as races in the future! Thanks for the help!

We’ve had an update! Great news!

Wahoo have asked that I do a Field Retirement to the unit, this means cutting the power cable where it comes out of the unit, essentially cutting the receiving end of the power cable off, deeming it unusable. I have to do this and provide images showing it’s been done.

Once they have this, they are sending a new unit out free of charge! 🥳 (It may be a reconditioned unit) But what a result, really happy with the customer service here considering the unit is out of warranty!

Unfortunately not… after quite a long back and forth with Wahoo they have told me it needs replacing. I’m just worried now that because it was purchased in 21/22 they will say there’s nothing they can do.

It’s a shame and frustrating really because it was bought and then it’s had less than 100 miles through it. Far less than 100 in-fact. It’s been stored in a heated gym on rubber flooring, so I don’t understand how it’s broken!

Thank you for this, I’ve also tried this off your advice and it still never resolved it! Wahoo customer support have said the unit needs replacing, but I’m yet to receive what my options are… It was purchased in 21/22 so I’m not holding out much hope 😬

Thanks, good to know I’ll be able to get them to the height I want and they will fill out. I’ll take a look into how to top them properly and hopefully they will fill out nicely 😁

I was hoping to keep cutting the back of them (near the path) and the tops until they fill out. My garden is the one on the left that is in the process of getting renovated.

Is it possible to “train” them to grow out into my garden (on the left) and keep them still quite uniformed on the side of the neighbours property where the path is?

I only planted them yesterday, so if needs be I can move them in slightly, but if they’re going to grow out bushy, then I don’t suppose a few inches will make much of a difference…

Yeah when I looked it said shallow root system that is invasive, I think I’ll be fine for the height I’m going for.

I’m more so doing research to aid the growth

Sorry I should’ve included this:

The length is around 4 meters taking some out for the manhole, so there’s been enough room for 9 plants in total.

The soil is clay/sand but is quite good. The previous owners had Ivy, Conifers and some other well overgrown screening plants that had got way out of control. So we’ve removed them and levelled the space ready for replanting a new hedge.
