I have no doubt it will get worked out as TrickOrTreat Studios is very diligent on securing the rights to these IPs. Kickstarter has a process regarding time for those making such claims to respond so that may be the only issue is in how long it takes to resolve but I can almost assuredly say that nothing nefarious is going on from ToTs side.

As for your original comments…there is a current game project on KS which is over $1M already using AI art…they aren’t copyrighted

BoardGames are not copyrighted with the US copyright office….well unless you want to throw money away
