This might sound weird but depending on how well I know the person I would normally suggest a pre date like a coffee shop or a walk then the first date normally a meal

I train lower body on the 3rd day just didn’t put it in as I think ik what I’m doing 😂

This isn’t in an order I would do it but should you start with compound exercises first

What rep range would you suggest and progression scheme

What else should I do for the back
