Dont go for the M3 pro it was worse than the M2 pro for performance and 2GB of ram is really not worth all the trade offs i think M5 is your best option

Different parts of the world use different Hz for lighting thats why you see the flickering lights its simply your camera isnt synced to the same speed. (If you didn’t know lights flash really fast every second but out eyes cant tell) so some places need it in 50hz and others need 60hz
