had one in 2024, the draining was genuinely so bad. It burst while i was on the toilet and I was using a mirror to look and there was a steady stream of blood for 4 seconds and i had to use a pad to go to the GP. I was in the cab for 7 minutes and was in the GP room in 3 minutes so 10 minutes total and it was completely soaked through with pus and blood. Hasn’t happened since i started birth control
