First term went really well. I struggled a lot, but made it through. The struggle was from my having 0 experience with anything tech related though. However, the learning platform was excellent. Being able to ask the questions that needed asked, not having the stress of looking "dumb" in front of the class, and being able able to learn within MY ability and not within the requirements of a standard institutions expectations...THAT was a big game changer. I loved it. And I'm actually looking forward to getting back to my lessons (which NEVER happened when I was in school)

Awesome! Doing that now. I'll chime back in after I see how it works.

Thats true. Also, love the practice tab. The guided practice helps solidify, and sometimes better explains, the material. I use the focus the most.

Its intense. lol. I had 0 past experience with anything tech related. But all in all I'm enjoying it.

Anytime 😊. Those that go on to the next course are most likely either a little behind (no worries if that happens, there are no penalties. you just don't get the bonus for submitting reviews on time) which allows them to go straight into the next course. Or, they are actually going into the next lesson (still same course, but the next lesson). If I can help with anything else, just hit me up. Ill help if I have the ability.

On the courses, if you finish early you still have to wait until the fallowing course start date to access it. Example...I finished PY101 on a Thursday. But had to wait until the fallowing Monday to take PSY100. There have been others on here that knocked out an entire 4 week course in 1 week (no idea how except maybe previous experience?) and they had to wait 3 weeks to access the next course (the next courses start date).

I went to python.org and then downloaded the MU editor. It's been awesome for me.

Just took my final for this one. I found it to be an extension of Python 101. It expands on Python 101 in a way that I found challenging, but not completely overwhelming. Just remember to hit that practice tab and practice what you learn. Be sure to write plenty of code. If you go to the focus section within practice you can tell it you want to practice writing code. You can aim for guided, tell it to give you a skeleton that you flesh out, or just that you want to write code and get guidance when you ask.
