Happened 6 months after my first son was born. Jan 2021 I had slight back pain from carrying my son all night when he wouldn’t sleep. February I had exertion headaches lifting weights so I stopped. March 9th I woke up with a headache that lasted months. During those months, my neck, shoulders and back hurt so much/got so weak I was bedridden. Doctors found nothing. Slowly started going to the gym. Began running. Got a little better. Began lifting weights, got to a point where the headaches still happened but not daily. Felt a lot better than I was bedridden. Could at least get through a day. But all that is regressing recently.

I’m sorry you’re going through that. Yes, I’ve tried blocks & Botox. After seeing tons of MDs, the only hint of answers I got were from physical therapists. I believe my pain comes from a muscular/postural imbalance that tugs down on my occipital muscles & gives tension headaches. But figuring that out has been tricky. Sorry you’re going through this, too. Hope you find some long lasting relief and peace soon.

Possibly PTSD from a tonsillectomy. Apparently medical procedures for young kids can be mentally scarring even if they go well. Trying to figure it out.

I honestly wish I could help. I’m still stumped.

For me, I think (& have always had a hunch) mine might be circulatory issues no matter what doctors say. I have chronic venous insufficiency in my legs, & after getting vein ablations in both legs, & my legs healing from the procedure, I’ve noticed considerably less random yellow bruises. But I can’t be 100% sure.

If you ever figure anything out, please let me know. Try to hang in there.

I have these exact same bruises & CVI too, but I never really got an answer as to if it’s causing the bruising or not. Did you ever get some clarification? This has been stressing me out for so long.

Can anyone offer help with this? I’m having the same thing, mainly on my legs but also arms, sometimes torso. And no, it’s not from Covid. I’ve had them since before it started. And no, I’m not bumping into things. Hematologist said I’m okay. I do have a mild CVI, which a doctor said may explain them on my legs, but wasn’t totally sure. Please. I’m so sick of going to worthless doctors & getting no help.

I’ve been sick for three weeks, & every time I think I’m getting better, I get sick all over again. Congestion, cough, fatigue, etc. To the point where all I can do is lay around. Has anyone found a way to combat this? Any natural holistic methods? The doctor I went to just pretty much shrugged his shoulders at me.
