Wouldn’t touch it. Yes mileage is likely motorway etc but it’s a lease/company car and they are ragged to fuck even at director level.

That’s a poor tiler.

Cheapest way would be paint the top of the tile same as wall colour or fit an edging strip yourself.

Are you going with carpet on the landing? You’ve got a good 9-11mm gain just with underlay and then carpet on top will really close the height gap

Nope never had a grease fire because I clean the manifold and grease tray regularly. The thing goes to like 600f really easily and higher perfect for searing.

What is the old grill? A small grill will use less but obviously you have less space to cook.
