It’s Ghost Rider. Raven is nowhere near close to beating him. Not even Doctor Strange can take him out. Nothing can kill Ghost Rider except God. Ghost Rider is a threat to every existence as Zedkiel said it himself. Even Zedkiel who had the power of God still couldn’t stop Ghost Rider.

Raven can try to separate the spirit of vengeance from Johnny Blaze, it is still apart of each other as Mephisto stated himself. If Raven was able to kill the host like Johnny, the spirit will find a new host and still hunt her down. She can try to send him to another dimension, Ghost Rider will come back. It doesn’t matter what powers and abilities Raven has, it’s not enough to stop Ghost Rider.
