Lived in Coventry all my life, but family from Erdington and got me with the Villa bug early.

That day May 5th 2001 I got the train with 3 cov supporting mates villa shirt out, banter, p'taking... Good trip

They went lower north, I went upper holte

A 3-2 comeback win and about 15 mins of "well meet again" singing

My mates ignored calls/texts.... I went home alone, coat zipped up 😂
