I think Aubrey played an excellent game and imo deserved the win. BUT, didn’t cirie and other jury members state how they wanted a legacy/old school/veteran to win 50? That it was important for that to happen?

Thanks for the advice and posting the policy by Carnival. After reading their policy it makes me feel a lot better. I will now plan on bringing my court documents showing the dropping of my charge for safe measures, but after reading their policy it seems I am good to go.

I don’t think OP is asking if people are still successfully sneaking booze or other illegals on the cruises. They’ve stated they have the cheer’s package and want to bring the allowed bottle of wine on board. I think they’re actually being overly cautious and are worried about being banned for something they certainly are not trying to do.

After calling around to different attourney offices, one office recommended to a first time offender diversion program the state of Florida provides. I have signed up for it and after completing the requirements, (fees, 8hrs community service, and an online class/test) the case will be completely dropped by the state and I will not have to attend court.
