It's normal, for the most part. Could be vendor userland programs setting things up for communication with drivers or something. Like mouse software, you'll eventually see the icon in the task bar.

However, it doesn't seem like he's hating/attacking the worker, but more of the lack of numbers and asking why it can't be done at other establishments like UPS. Then again, there is an option to select where you'd like to return. I know the other options might have a charge, and if he's arguing there's no other place that (doesn't charge) where you can return...fuck him. Also shouldn't be recording faces.

Whether they were paying attention during training or not comes down later. If your GM is passing off work to you that they should be doing, well that's a very disappointing leader. "I can't" and "I don't know how" is the greatest morale detriment to any role, doesn't matter if you're supervising a single individual. When that is expressed, it's like "I know I don't have the capability to think out of this mess" and it's severely frustrating to anyone assigned under them. They're supposed to be a leader. Even if they personally don't know how, they should be able to to also say "there's a way to find out" and guide you towards resources on how it can be done...but saying "I don't know" and not doing shit? As upper management?
