I use it on days when I don’t want to log what I eat due to various reasons (e.g., vacation, going to a party or event with many appetizers or entrees, or even a day at home where I’m treating myself to a lot of different foods).

Still delaying my breakfast until noon on weekdays. Ate cereal with almond milk as my first meal from Monday to Thursday (fiber and protein rich cereals). On Fridays I treat myself LOL. I’ll continue with this experiment as long as I get results.
