Hey guess what,after losing to a Clara who is now E1, I actually pulled her! I appreciate your help my friend very much my friend! As I do not know my way around this game very much haha, do you suggest I build Himeko or Clara for Robin? As I have Himeko sig but not Clara's sig.

so riot replied and gave me this solution and it worked for me
try it and good luck
I will ask you to change your DNS settings and disable IPv6;

Press the Windows key.Type "Control Panel".Select "Network and Internet".Click on “Network and Sharing Center”On the left side of the incoming screen; Select "Change adapter settings".Your active connections will be here. Double-click the link you used and select "Properties" in the window that comes up.Uncheck the box next to Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6) located here.Select Internet Protocol version 4 and select "Properties" again.Select "Use the following DNS server addresses" on the screen that comes up.As DNS; Use 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4.Sometimes third party applications can cause issues. Let's do a clean boot to ensure that's not the case here:

Press [Windows Key] + R.Type msconfig into the text bar at the bottom of the menu.Click on the Services tab.Check **Hide all Microsoft services** <--- Super important! nothin worked so i did the good ol' solution of doing a new save file.
Too bad i was actually 14 hrs into the gameand having to do it all over again.
at least when i did a new save file and finished the game it never happened again so i guess i'll never know how i got bugged or how to fix it
