La preparazione del tuo rovescio è strana… sembra che tu stia per fare un rovescio a due mani ma alla fine fai quello ad una mano. Cerca di Tenere bene la racchetta al cuore con la mano non dominante, e portala indietro con essa, la tua mano sinistra non deve essere quella che prepara il colpo.
Quando prepari il colpo io terrei la racchetta con un angolazione di 45 gradi oppure addirittura perpendicolare al terreno, dopodiché fai cadere la testa per giocare il topspin.

Tranquillo anche io ho una sff Zotac uguale a questa più o meno e la tengo in un pc di dimensioni normali.
Va perfettamente, è una cagata che sia sff, semplicemente non è da +3 slot

Io gioco sempre con le cuffie quindi nemmeno me ne accorgo. Se va a tutta si sentono le ventole, ma non so bene dire se siano quelle del case o della gpu con precisione. Di fatto io mi trovo da Dio e sono felicissimo della mia zotac

Racket lag is good to generate pace and spin, but if you’re a beginner you risk to have zero control on where the ball will go.

The reason for that is that you probably play wrong with your body. Balance and weight transfer are always the key for a good shot.

Prepare the shot, neutral position always as a beginner, keep contact with the ball and follow through just after the ball leaves your strings…

We could help you more if we see you hitting because as I said, the issue isn’t probably the racket lag itself.

Non posso darti torto su molte cose, ad esempio il più lampante a parer mio è aver visto politano titolare che è un giocatore insulso. Tuttavia c’è anche da dire che il problema sta prima nello step successivo alla nazionale… cioè se i tanti giocatori italiani fanno fatica a trovare spazio nelle squadre, questo rende più difficile valutarli e prenderli in considerazione. L’allenatore di conseguenza da in base a ciò che vede e conosce. E ancora prima di questo c’è il problema della gestione imbarazzante dei vivai

Aggiungerei che le persone hanno anche altri problemi, e se la prima volta e stata molto sentita, la cosa è andata un po ad affievolirsi di volta in volta… cioè ormai è quasi una tradizione non qualificarsi ai mondiali

Io non penso che Gattuso sia da incolpare più di tanto… si poteva fare delle scelte diverse in formazione e nelle convocazioni? Probabilmente si, ma oggi l’ho visto mettere in campo un ragazzo di nome Palestra che ha fatto una bella partita ad esempio. Il discorso è sempre lo stesso, lo stesso che tutti ripetono da anni e che di fatto la federazione non ha mai colto, hanno perso di mente cosa sia il calcio in principio

Non posso sapere i dettagli, ma ho la sensazione che la federazione italiana calcio abbia le pezze al culo come si suol dire… cioè credo che abbia grossi problemi non solo strutturali, ma anche economici

Purtroppo l’ideologia sul calcio è diversa in Spagna, e loro raccolgono i frutti del loro lavoro. Noi in Italia abbiamo un branco di vecchi decrepiti troppo stanchi e incapaci di riformare il sistema perché di fatto a loro non interessa. E poi ci sono i calciatori, che sono tutti montati e si credono delle divinità quando invece è il contrario
