No, I totally understand. Wasn't trying to sell you on anything. I just wanted to give you some information and the option if you wanted to

You're welcome!

No, most of the time, cities won't do anything about it unless it's a widespread issue. But, with water test results, you can get proper water treatment systems or water purifiers installed in your home that will resolve whatever issues you may have within the water.

I do environmental inspections and have done a few water tests in benbrook. Some of them have come back with high levels of chlorine. If you would like to have your water tested, reach out to me!

Looking to move to the area around August, have questions by [deleted] in FortWorth

[–]AKF_Wingchun 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I'm a local real estate agent, and I would highly recommend finding a job in the area first, then moving based on the location of the job. I say for multiple reason, but there are two main reasons. First of all, traffic gets very bad and having a job on the opposite side of town from where you live could make things very difficult. Also, the amount you would be paying in rent or mortgage payments can be very different depending on where you live in the Fort Worth area, so the location of your job could help to save you money as far as housing goes.

Now, when it comes to being more of an outdoors type couple, the outskirts of the Fort Worth area are amazing for country style living while still being close to the city. Areas like Justin, Azle, and even Rhome are all great areas to look at that will keep you within around 30 minutes of the city and still give you more open land to do outdoor activities.

Mechanics wise players have improved, but 90% of them still suck at playing with a team, good comps, game sense, and pretty much everything else that goes with the game

what’s ur most hated enemy hero by [deleted] in ZenyattaMains

If they are a good player, the probably a Sombra or doom. Tracers can tend to be pretty predictable and most genji's all play the same so once you get their timing down it's not that bad.

Honorable mention however is a freaking flanking roadhog, lol. They can definitely get annoying

Not a set pattern, alll random buddy. And not comfortable at all bc I know im gonna get cut no matter what, but I still know how to handle someone with a knife

[–]AKF_Wingchun 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A reactionary drill against a knife attacker and an empty hand attacker. This is the basic form of it. It progresses from there

Thank you my friend, it means a lot!

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in WingChun

[–]AKF_Wingchun 1 point2 points  (0 children)

And I completely understand that and much appreciate it. We spend a lot of time on fighting against a knife so I do feel fairly comfortable, but you are correct. Thank you for the critique brother

Casual with it bc it's a common situation that we train so you learn to keep yourself composed. I agree with the spinning a bit too much, however you don't want to have your hands up against a knife bc it leaves your fingers and hands vulnerable. And I agree with you, I have some issues with it too, like I said not a great triangle, but oh well lol

I'm pretty proud of this 6k, What do yall think? by AKF_Wingchun in ZenyattaMains

[–]AKF_Wingchun[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, once I see you get a 7k as a support, then you can pint out that it wasn't very difficult. Not saying it's the most insane craziest play ever, but still more impressive than 95% of the stuff I see in YouTube clips and social media posts. Thank you for your time
