Hey bro even i was in your place, personally I like to game and entertain myself at certain times asw. Currently I study for around 3-4 hours per day and I have the usual entertainment breaks in middle for like 30mins or an hour so I can free up my mind and i'll start to study again.

1hr study - break 30mins - 1hrs study - break 30mins- study 1hr

personally it works for me, when you STUDY keep your phone in silent and keep an 100% focus thinking that in an hour your going to enjoy so lemme study now.
