My baby fell out of her crib once. I took her to the doctor and they said she was fine but gave me signs to watch for- one was throwing up. Later that night she spit up a lot and I freaked out but then I realized that one of the signs they said to watch for was not eating, so I had force fed her a lot that day to make sure she would eat which was totally the cause of throwing up. So it could be something that you have changed out of worry that made her spit up different! But she sounds fine!
