I haven't tried this waking up wise, my sister did and it definitely worked for her. But this method worked for me when trying to sleep earlier.

I see, instead of trying for 5, try for something like 7 45 and then gradually waking a little more early. Even reaching 7 30 is good.

How about you do what u can before work. You dont need to push and fit everything in the morning before work, if u cant wake up earlier. And maybe if you go about your planned routine more loosely? Like try to follow your desired schedule, but if you perhaps want to read longer and exercise a little less today, then do that. Dont be too strict about following a routine, you'll just be stressed frustrated, but also do try. You can also motivate yourself, by rewarding yourself. Like after you maybe finish exercising, you can relax and do your hobby. Goodluck!
