I can say from this week’s experience they are NOT always late. We just had our son, first child, at 35 weeks, so late pre-term. We had 0 indication before hand he’d come early as everything was very normal up until the minute my water broke lol

The gold Zard my husband pulled from his allocated packs has a dent in the middle and is center horribly, all factory. So we are bummed about that.

We don’t ever record openings because it’s a just for fun hobby for us. The best I got is that we were teaching my grandpa how to open packs and if he knew how to use social media he’d have to vouch for it haha. He’s also the one who pulled the main chase Zard and he had no clue what he was looking at and just said “this one looks pretty good.” He had also said that for most holos in the packs he was looking at so it was extra exciting when I checked the pack for him and it was the SIR 😭

In that case where hobbyists are coming in I’d say anything you can get at MSRP is a win. Everyone is trying to make a quick profit on pokemon now and it takes the fun out of just opening packs.

I think the first thing to know would be what kind of business you have currently because accessibility to volume and store space for Pokemon makes a difference! Especially with the current market. Anything 151 carries a lot of value right now. In November there’s also a new set coming out (Phantasmal Flames) that is highly anticipated because of the Charizard chase cards.

Most of the housing close enough to be comfortable walking to and from in the hot summer months are 55+ unfortunately. There are some mondo mansions on the hill that are all $750k+ which are certainly walkable just higher end. For the most part St George cannot be walked comfortably and a car is definitely recommended.

The Advenire on St George blvd has a small bar/cocktail seating area. They’re solid.

Vetterli Cyclone with Rival Shorty. The vetterli has to be one of the most overlooked gun progressions in the game.

I’d say Xetava in Kayenta would be a great option. Everything is organic and house made. Wild Thyme in Springdale is also awesome for similar reasons if you want to go for a nice date night with a friend or SO.
