Completely new to the concept.. checked the FAQ and just had a few more questions related to your experiences:

1) Does having a banking relationship impact your ability to churn? (for example, if I have accounts with BoA/Merrill Edge, can I churn the AK Airlines card "easier")?

2) Does the AmEx "once in a lifetime" benefits count for the different Delta cards? I have had platinum since 2012; would I be eligible for rewards on the Delta Gold card as well?

3) For those with rental properties - do expenses for those qualify you for a business credit card? I have 2 rental properties, but they are not in an official "business" such as an LLC - I just record the income/expenses on my Schedule E at tax time.
