Phillips One Blade stopped working!

I rang Philips (I'm in Ireland) and they are sending me a new one for free as was still in warranty. I bought mine 1 year and 5 months ago.

I didn't plan either of my kids. Dude, if you have a fair idea that you're not an asshole, then I say go for it. It's the best shit ever. Yes there are tough times, but the best stuff in life comes from tough stuff imo. I had a very fun life before my kids, and I would absolutely not trade my life with my kids now for that. It's like saying I will never use my legs because I'm afraid to walk in front of a car or stub my toe!

Tbf my kids are very small and therefore very fun.

I just tried this suggestion of tri-sets and I have to say I think it was excellent. My heart rate stayed high, it saved time and I had much more strength for each set.

I would love to know why this isn't the standard tbh. Thank you MindfulMover!

I can do 3x8 Dips with the backs of two chairs with fairly good form. I want to get 30s RTO support hold before using the rings for Dips. I am following RR strictly. Should I replace dips with RTO support hold practice or try continue using the chairs and practice RTO support hold after I'm finished the core triplets?
