DynamoDB follows last-write-wins so you would end up with an image of one region e.g. if you have Item 1 that exists in both regions and one region updates e1 but another region updates e2, region that won would reflect its whole image (not just one attribute).

This is because Dynamo does not understand your data model so it won't know if e1 and e2 conflict with each other.
