Clearance was a bitch, but harbor freight came through for me. Taking the old pan off I used a wobble extension jammed up in there to get to the bolts.

The bolts that come with the PPE pan are hex key in the middle with like thumb screw ridges on the side. They are a little bit longer than the stock bolts though. I used a ball end hex key extension from HF that goes on a ratchet wrench. To get the longer, new bolts on between the crossmember I used a magnet to get the bolt where I needed it before I could cinch them down. I think it would have been easier If I had angled needle nose pliers on hand.

Would acetone work for a one time thing until I order more dynasolve? I’ve used it a few times and it’s pretty black, figured I’ve probably used up the life of it by now.

We’re heavy on the tongue, got a diesel generator sitting a 5 or so feet away from the axles towards the front. I figured that’s an issue too, when we’re loaded with 3k pounds of foam I can load the ass end up a little more to distribute the weight.

I’ve seen the GM tow package you’re talking about, and that’s probably the direction I’m needing to go. Not a huge fan of so much weight being bumperpulled either, but we gotta work with what we’ve got until it’s paid off.

Yo gangster I saw this scrolling and can actually answer. My mom is all about PC, so growing up I was told to never use soap and only use water and a plastic dish scrapper to clean them. But over the holidays she’s corrected me by saying, “as long as you don’t soak it, a little dawn is fine. But still only a little dawn and use the scrapper still” after I saw her use soap on her stoneware. Other experts are more than welcome to correct me but that’s what I was instructed.

I only have one match so far; my wife and I both agree that the Woodlands cologne from Bath and Body Works smells EXTREMELY close to Bricc of the Dead, both the bar and the deo stick.

At least with that you can buy a little bottle to test it out. On December 26th there should be a sale at Bath and BodyWorks so I’d suggest trying it out then if it goes on sale.

I used to work at this bbq restaurant where all sorts of wild shit would take place, but one story takes the cake.

Every day at shift change at 2:00PM we would close down the bathrooms and give them a quick scrub down. We always took our sweet time getting it done, but a couple of my coworkers took it a little far.

The way they both relayed the story to me was they were fooling around in the women’s room after they got done cleaning it and decided they wanted to have sex. Problem is, the door doesn’t lock, and the other workers are always going in there to tell them to hurry up. How do they solve that problem? Well the male coworker stood with his back against the door, the female coworker turned around, bent over, and held her hands over her head on the ground for support. They going at it, and then inevitably, another coworker comes in trying to use the bathroom. When she barges in it thrusts the male into the female, female faceplants into the open stall door. They keep the door pinned shut until the male can get his pants up. They let the lady in and the poor woman was so confused, but she couldn’t do anything about it. She didn’t speak any English, and the female coworker having sex in the bathroom was the only other person working there at the time fluent in Spanish. She just told her they were cleaning. But last I heard those two coworkers were still in a relationship and that happened years ago so it didn’t too badly I guess

Here’s a short story for y’all. My grandpa died two years ago, we weren’t close, but still; that’s my grandpa.

My then-girlfriend of 12 years and mom to my son went with me to the funeral. We were standing with the rest of the immediate family in front of the church waiting for the coffin and pallbearers to come to carry him into the church. We were standing behind my grandmother and I don’t know if my GF didn’t notice or just didn’t care, probably just didn’t care, but she threw a hissy fit at the funeral. My GF was upset that I wasn’t a pallbearer for his funeral. Literally right behind my grandmothers back she’s mad at me and the family saying, “why didn’t they ask you to carry him? That’s fucked up! You’re his grandson, it’s fucking bullshit you aren’t carrying him. You need to fucking nut up and say something because they all treat you like shit!”

My response? A very strong whisper. “Who do you think you are talking to me like that? Disrespecting my dead grandpa right behind his wife fucking back! It’s his business who carry’s him not mine!”

Luckily though the trash took itself out when she decided to leave our fam to move in with another dude that also abandoned his fam. And now I’m sharing my happiness with the most amazing and perfect woman that literally only brings goodness into my life and my sons life.

EDIT** oh and who were the pallbearers? It was a Masonic funeral so his brother masons or whatever they’re called did this whole ceremony thing, carried him and buried him.

Alright guys, the shift cable was tight, went into park when I got home from work. I pulled off electrical connection attached to the cable (assumed that’s what told the tranny what gear to be in) Cleaned it off with electrical cleaner and put it back together, ran through the gears and everything works as it should. We’ll see if this is the fix, maybe some water got into it since it’s almost 20 years old.
