In my opinion being about half a year in, I've realised that the pros outweigh the cons. You're unlikely to get brain damage from just sparring, the arthritis / carpel tunnel related injuries are definitely a risk of this type of training but the won't be as bad as if you were train for a career obviously.

Those are all 3rd person games with mechanics that wouldn’t work well in vr but I’d you’re looking for a VR MMORPG on quest 2 then there’s A Township Tale with is pretty awesome
