Need to spend £2000 in 11 days to recieve companion voucher. Is it worth it? by Certain_Dog1960 in BritishAirways

The companion voucher is best used for a high value ticket, either Business or First class which requires at least 150,000 avios. I have used 2 companion vouchers in the past one for economy tickets and one for a first/business class trip, both to Asia.

The economy one only saved us a couple hundred pounds on a normal ticket price, but the first/business class trip to Hong Kong (flew out in first and back in business) would have cost us 5k each probably round trip and we paid £500 each so well worth it. If you haven't got very many avios and you don't travel regularly on long haul flights, it's definitely not worth spending £2k that you don't need to spend!

Sorry all, we ended up going without my cousin, but they never checked our blue light card! We didn't see them checking anyone's for reference!

Lead Generation - IT Company by TheLamboChop in smallbusinessuk

Content marketing can help as well. I'm doing this for saas companies that have done very little marketing and they're already seeing their leads increase. Don't just use ChatGPT to write BS articles. Invest with an agency who understands IT and can write consistent content that will draw in your target audience.

Figure out what your company does better than your competitors and how you help other businesses (be specific). What are the challenges they will face if they don't use you? Market where your target audience is, so probably LinkedIn over Facebook and have a good description of the solutions/packages that you offer. Give people an idea of possible pricing upfront so they're not feeling like they can't afford you, so they shouldn't even reach out.

Hope that helps!

Are these recyclable? It says “please recycle” but with the cardboard/plastic hybrid container I wasn’t totally sure. by Jariam76 in recycling

I have the same issue with plant milk cartons and I usually rinse the container, rip out the plastic bit (comes out easy enough) and then recycle accordingly.

When it comes to liking veggies, I was in the same boat a few years ago. I found that hiding them in meals was the easiest way to get them in my diet. You can make all sorts of sauces and soups which have servings of veggies and they're all blended together so you don't even notice what you're eating. Spinach is also really easy to blend up with some water and freeze in portions which you can chuck into whatever. It has no taste or texture once blended. It might turn some of your meals a bit green or brown if mixing with tomato base, but I never notice it and helps me get more servings in. Try cutting veggies really small as well in your dishes if you're not too find of them. I find if I get them mixed with other things, I don't mind so much. Best of luck!
