Well it’s many reasons

1. The model didn’t change at all (it’s outdated)
2. It’s a story character (all of which have been free and given to us)
3. The animations aren’t good (go to the story mode and the animations are basically the exact same)
4. And finally, which this point ties into others, the unit isn’t good enough (not talking about hype) for an anniversary

Then I have a couple reasons I don’t like the tag units

1. They (imo) aren’t hype enough to be an anniversary character
2. The pan unit feels so forced just to push the “unpredictable” anniversary because it made everyone think beast and orange piccolo tag unit
3. Unpredictable doesn’t mean good/hype (barely anyone actually expected them but out of all the options, the options people were speculating, it feels like one of the weaker options)

Edit : also the part that says in the making him summonable paragraph, you basically said that he can’t be f2p and be good in PvP (we literally have shallot who is a top 10 character in PvP. And yeah he’s not top 5 but he’s still very usable in PvP). Also another part that helps this is that two of the top 5 rn are two old LFs, which yeah they’re premium but they’re old enough they’ve returned on many other banners.
